The warranty reads as follows:

Browning Apparel Warranty
Browning garments are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the failure of the product under normal use to the original owner only. Misuse or abuse of the garment is not covered under the terms of the warranty. Browning will replace the product based on the following procedure.

The garment must arrive prepaid, must have been washed/cleaned according to the care instructions and a copy of proof-of-purchase must accompany the returned item. Browning will be the sole judge of the claim on the warranty. Any garments determined to be defective will be replaced at Browning's discretion as soon as possible.

Liability of Browning under any express or implied warranty is limited to the replacement value of the warranted garment. All implied warranties included those of merchantability and exclude incidental or consequential damages arising from the manufacture or use of any of its products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; so the above may not apply to you.
