- Winners are judged heavily on creativity. Really heavily. So if you want to win you'll need to do something unique that will catch the eyes of the judges and voters.
- It is good advice to use the Buckmark logo as correctly as possible — without any major modifications or add-ons.
- Don't copy other entries or use photos or projects you did not do yourself.
- Do your best to write a good description of your project on the entry form — if there is an interesting story involved, tell us. It just might make all the difference.
- Use a good camera so you get a good quality picture. You will get more votes and more attention from the judges if you have a clear and well lit photo.

Browning will select contest winners periodically (every year or so) and winning Browning Buckmark submissions (and their owners) will win prizes. There are grand prize winners and runner's-ups. Grand prize winners win their choice of a selected Browning rifle and shotgun. And runner's-ups can win special, selected guns and gear. All will be featured on the Browning Website.
Remember, winners are always selected first and foremost on creativity and originality.

Legal Agreement: Contest is open to all persons 18 years of age or older("User"). Parents are welcome to submit entries on behalf of their minor children under 18.
ALL SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE IN GOOD TASTE AND SHOULD SHOW YOUR PRIDE IN THE BROWNING BUCKMARK. Any entries deemed inappropriate by Browning, at its sole discretion, will be rejected and will disqualify the User submitting them from any further participation. No rejection notification will be sent. Submissions not conforming to the technical specifications listed on the website will not be considered. Browning reserves the right to alter submissions prior to posting on its website to conform to Browning’s standards of The Best There Is®. All awards will be granted at the sole and complete discretion of Browning.
By checking the boxes below, User irrevocably grants Browning full rights to publish, copy, display and distribute all materials submitted by User (“Submissions”), in any form and for any purpose including, but not limited to, public display on the Internet. User further irrevocably grants Browning the right to edit or otherwise make derivative works from any and all Submissions. User further irrevocably grants Browning all rights to use any images of persons or property, as well as any names incorporated in any Submissions, whether arising in copyright or otherwise, and agrees to indemnify and hold Browning harmless from any claims arising from Browning’s use of the Submissions. User represents that User is entitled to convey the rights granted in this agreement. User agrees that Browning is not obligated to use any of the Submissions and agrees that the rights and promises granted in this release are in consideration of Browning’s review of, acceptance, and any use Browning may, in its sole discretion, choose to make of the Submissions. User agrees that any disputes arising out of User’s submission of Submissions through this website shall be venued in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah and governed by the laws of the State of Utah without reference to any conflict of laws provision.
User acknowledges that, if User’s contribution is selected for any prize, such selection is conditioned upon User providing a signed and notarized form of release substantially identical to that set forth above, proof of age and, if necessary, parental and/or guardian consent to all of the terms set forth above. Failure to provide all such signatures and proof will disqualify User from further participation and any awards. User agrees to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws in the creation and submission of all entries and in the acceptance of any prizes which may be awarded. User agrees that any replication of the Browning Buckmark is for personal use only and may not be duplicated in quantities of more than two nor sold by User for profit. Contest may be terminated at any time without advance notice. Void where prohibited by law. Browning reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prizes of equivalent value in order to comply with any applicable international, federal, state and/or local laws.
