Overview
The BLR Lightweight Stainless is a regal lever-action rifle that is ready for the rigors of hunting season. Designed with a rack and pinion action and featuring a box-style magazine, the BLR is built to handle modern ammunition, even hard-hitting magnum loads. This is what a serious lever-action rifle should be and what every other lever-action wishes it was.
Lever-actions are respected for their durability, so don't let the walnut stock finished with a deep gloss finish that brings out every nuance of the wood’s warm color and grain fool you into thinking this rifle is a safe queen. The handsome wood contrasts beautifully with the satin-nickel finish on the receiver and the matte finish on the stainless barrel. For comfort, the buttstock is fitted with a recoil pad that helps reduce felt recoil and flinching. Steel sling swivel studs are pre-installed for easy mounting of your sling or bipod.Â

Features
The folding hammer provides an added measure of safety when the hammer is at half-cock. It has four positions: Full-cock, half-cock, the folded hammer position and the dropped, or fired position. The two positions at half-cock readily indicate the status of the rifle.
The trigger travels with the lever to prevent pinching fingers when working the lever.
Constructed from rugged, lightweight aluminum alloy.
The detachable box magazine provides reliable feeding and allows the use of ammunition with superior pointed bullets.
The glass-smooth rack and pinion lever-action features a strong rotating head, multiple-lug breech bolt with a recessed bolt face and side ejection.
