There is a job opening in the Finance Division for a Payroll Administrator/Sr. Administrative Assistant.
This position requires our candidate to be very dependable and reliable; one where they will need to apply organizational rules, policies and procedures, commitments and consistently meet deadlines.
They will be performing duties that require a high level of organization, confidentiality and prioritization. The right candidate will be required to keep track of a number of details to ensure their work is performed accurately and completely. Previous experience with Sage Abra Suite Software or other payroll systems will be a plus.
The right candidate will also need the ability to be flexible and adaptable, open-minded, and have a “team player” attitude. This position requires a cooperative working relationship with numerous team members, and needs to effectively communicate with those team members.
The applicant may be asked to handle difficult and differing situations/multiple tasks, and other assignments as directed by the CFO.

We have a Customer Service Representative Position available in our Browning Distribution & Service Center located in Arnold, Missouri. (40 hours per week). Browning, a world leader in firearms and sporting goods, has a high reputation of being "The Best There Is." The candidate we are seeking will be representing Browning with that same "high quality" image.
The main duties and responsibilities of this position will be to take customer service and technical calls from customers, Browning dealers and reps. Follow through with service calls from customers, ensuring that questions and problems are satisfied on a timely basis.
This position requires the candidate to be very polite, dependable and self-motivated. The qualified candidate must have excellent phone skills including the ability to “listen” to what the customer is saying. Taking great care of the Browning and Winchester customers via phone calls and e-mail will be their top priority. They will be performing duties that require a technical knowledge of Browning and Winchester products. Hunting and shooting experience is a definite plus. The agent must have a great desire to learn as much as possible about Browning and Winchester through catalogs, product classes and sales meetings. The candidate will need to be flexible, open-minded and have a “team player” attitude. The candidate will be required to attend trade shows as needed and engage the customers in conversation about the Browning and Winchester products. Computer competency in MS Office Suite, and knowledge of Oracle is a definite plus.
