Browning Distribution and Service Center, located 25 miles South of St. Louis, in Arnold, Missouri is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Browning, a world leader in firearms and sporting goods, has a high reputation of being "The Best There Is." The candidate we are seeking will be representing Browning with that same "high quality" image.
The main duties and responsibilities of this position will be to take customer service calls from customers, Browning dealers and reps. Follow through with service calls from customers, ensuring that questions and problems are satisfied on a timely basis.
If you are seeking employment, possess good customer relation skills, and would enjoy working within our sporting industry; either through your hunting or outdoor experiences, please send us your resume. Technical gun knowledge, good telephone etiquette and proficient PC experience are required.

The main duties and responsibilities of this position will be to plan and coordinate the purchase and receipt of all spare parts, monitor inventory levels and maintain quality standards. This position requires supervisory responsibilities of employees in the parts sales group.
