UFC Champion Matt Hughes Comes to Browning Booth at the SHOT Show
Release Date: 7/10/2009
A while ago we received a quick vist from Browning friend Matt Hughes. Matt was fresh from his tough UFC fight in Vegas. Hughes earned an impressive decision in the contest which made us here at Browning very happy. And if you didn't notice, Hughes was wearing one of his favorite company logos right there on his shorts during the fight -- the Browning Buckmark. Talk about "Show Us Your Buckmark."
Matt recently helped us out at the Browning booth at this year's SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
Matt is a life long outdoorsman and hunter and a true fan of Browning. We are glad to have him as part of the Browning family. In the future you'll see more of him around here as he documents his hunts and shooting activities on browning.com.
While in Utah Matt took some time to try out a new Browning X-Bolt rifle. Matt is already an A-Bolt nut, and has his A-Bolt decked out for serious long range shooting -- something he takes as seriously as his fighting. So we were very curious and interested in how he would feel about making the switch to an X-Bolt. The answer: he loves it. In a short video Matt gave us his thoughts and impressions on the X-Bolt which you may find intesting. Check it out on YouTube on the Browningvideos channel.
