	Secretary - Customer Service

	There is a job opening in the Safe & Sales Administrative Division for a full time Customer Service Secretary. Requires excellent computer skills, grammar skills, a minimum 50 wpm, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Product knowledge and oracle knowledge is a plus. This person will be responsible for responding to routine consumer inquiries. They will also collect and distribute the mail/faxes for the Customer Service Department. They will assist walk in customers. Applicant must possess excellent phone/communication skills and be willing to handle customer services calls when necessary. The applicant must be able to handle differing situations/multiple tasks, be able to prioritize workload/duties and other assignments as directed by the Customer Service Manager. This applicant will be the switchboard backup and willing to cover the switchboard when needed. Our benefits package is highly competitive and unique. 	Department Secretary - R&D

	There is a job opening in the R&D Division for a Department Secretary. This position requires excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, self-direction, and self-motivation. Computer skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A typing score minimum is 50 WPM. The applicant will also help perform clerical responsibilities for the Legal Department, and must be able to type from a Dictaphone efficiently. Some legal experience/knowledge will be a plus. The applicant must be able to handle differing situations/multiple tasks, be able to prioritize workload/duties and other. Some product knowledge and Oracle system could be helpful.
