| Browning eBlast Contest Rules: |
- Browning eBlast Contests are open to all United States and Canadian citizens’ persons 18 years of age or older ("User"). One person per entry. No purchase is necessary.
- Employees of Browning, its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
- User irrevocably grants Browning full rights to publish, copy, display and distribute name and image of User in any form and for any purpose including, but not limited to, public display on the Internet, and agrees to indemnify and hold Browning harmless from any claims arising from Browning’s use of the same. User represents that User is entitled to convey the rights granted in this agreement. User agrees that any disputes arising out of User’s contest entry through this website shall be venued in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah and governed by the laws of the State of Utah without reference to any conflict of laws provision.
- All prizes will be selected by random draw of all legally submitted eBlast subscriptions. Prize values are approximate, and Browning reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prizes of equivalent value in order to comply with any applicable international, federal, state and/or local laws. Size, model and availability limitations may require a substitute prize. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
- Contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available in the contest announcements on the Browning website and/or within the Browning eBlast.
- Browning reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. These rules are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Void where prohibited by law.
